Gained competence:
-ability to identify and diagnose the effects of exogenous and endogenous factors in the development of the national economy;
-ability to conduct the systematic macro-and microeconomic analysis, to monitor the key competitors in the market, including the world market;
-ability to calculate the basic indicators of market concentration and to prognosticate the emergence of introduction barriers of the new actors on the market;
-ability to determine the types of antimonopoly laws violations, to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements in the process of property relations transformation;
-ability to apply appropriate research and investigation patterns;
-ability to identify current public policy directions of monopoly prevention and limiting in business and to apply rational methods of protection against unfair competition;
-ability to work out the strategic alternatives of organizational systems development based on organizational internal and external environment diagnosis and to provide a high level of balancing their components in the planning stage;
-ability to identify key areas of cooperation AMCU with Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the State Property Fund , its departments , ministries and other central bodies of executive power;
-ability to identify ways of national competition law and antimonopoly practices adaptation with international law standards;
-ability to carry out scientific methods of teaching in educational institutions.
