Gained competence:
– connection of structure, phase and chemical composition of refractory non-metallic silicate and building materials with their main and specific properties;
– physical-chemical principles of receiving of the main types of products in the technology of astringent materials, ceramics and glass;
– main regularities of influence of technological parameters of production on operational properties of goods;
– areas, conditions and peculiarities of application of astringent materials, ceramics and glass;
– principles of design of technological production diagrams, selection and calculation of equipment and parameters of manufacturing process.
– to select raw materials when producing binding materials, ceramics and glass, do technological calculations, select technological parameters and develop conditions of thermal processing;
– to regulate and optimize technological parameters on separate stages of manufacturing process in production of astringent materials, ceramics and glass;
– to analyse the quality of building materials depending on their structure, hardening conditions and peculiarities which are used for their production;
– to analyse the effectiveness of existing and perspective technological production diagrams;
– to carry out the certified tests of astringent materials, ceramics and glass;
– to carry out research work connected with improving of existing or development of new technologies in production of astringent materials, ceramics and glass.
