Specific admission requirements: Bachelor degree is needed. Students enrollment is on the basis of entrance examinations.
Specific arrangements for recognition of prior learning: Nostrification of the prior qualification is needed. Recognition of non-formal and informal education is not applicable.
Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: The full implementation of the educational program, final Master thesis.
Characteristics of the educational program:
Training of highly skilled and competitive specialists widely trained in the field of information technologies and specialized computer publishing and printing systems; have theoretical knowledge and skills of research work, sufficient for successful performance of professional duties. Students acquire skills to use modern specialized software, publishing and computer design, laboratory is equipped with MacAir workstations.
Gained competence:
1. Ability to formulate and solve actual research task, to gather the necessary information for its solution and to draw conclusions that could be argued in a scientific context.
2. The ability to formulate the data intellectual analysis problem, to determine its place in the general classification of research tasks, to create the object description on the base of attributes.
3. Ability to work with expert and textual information sources for data integration, to use in practice different methods of knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, knowledge compilation and classification.
1. Demonstrable ability to generate original, quality ideas that can be made explicit and defended in both known and unfamiliar situations while exercising his/her functions and duties.
2. Possession of comprehensive knowledge and skills of modern technologies of electronic publications, computer systems and technologies for publishing and printing industries that meet the modern needs of international and national labor market.
3. Ability to organize, configure and develop Web-system, using the principles of distributed systems, hypertext systems, appropriate technical and software.
1. Ability to work in research projects increases the skills of solving practical problems and creates conditions for further postgraduate study.
2. Ability to critically evaluate performance, and to argument the decisions taken.
3. Knowledge of modern achievements of innovative technologies in the field of electronic design and the ability to use them in practice.
