- the knowledge and understanding of the main categories, concepts and scientific principles which are the basis of world economic development, which will enable to critically analyze the development of international economic relations and to determine the main trends in the development of international trade;
- the knowledge of the basic models and strategies of development of national economies, approaches, methods and tools of macroeconomic analysis, their advantages, disadvantages and current trends;
- the knowledge of the programs, which can be used for data analysis;
- the knowledge of approaches to hypotheses formation, their testing methods in the study of business processes and their methods of prediction in business;
- the knowledge of multivariate analysis methods for their use in the business process research;
- the knowledge of the features of coordination of international economic policy in the system of international organizations;
- the knowledge of features of tariff regulation in the international trade, the modern international debt policy;
-the knowledge of development peculiarities of system-forming branches of world major economies.
- to apply acquired knowledge and understanding for identification, formulation and solution tasks for development of international economic relations;
