- ability to plan various activities, to building organizational structures of management organizations and departments, using effective system of motivation of employees and wages, provide effective control of the quality of work and regulation management processes;
- ability to establish and maintain relationships with the environment, analyze market conditions innovative products, make better management decisions in the field of innovation, to provide documentary support and effective implementation at all levels of government;
- ability to explore foreign markets, generate foreign technology transactions, enter into and execute agreements with foreign partners, develop international projects;
- ability to justify, diagnose and implement various types of foreign trade, provide customs clearance and declaration of goods.

Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: The full implementation of the training program, passing qualification exam, practical training on the theme of the bachelor qualification work and defense of bachelor qualification work.
Characteristics of the educational program:
Gained competence: Educational and professional program based on the generally known positions and results of modern research of Management and focuses on further professional and academic career, related to management activities. Educational and professional program have six practical lines - Management of Organizations and Administration (by Economic Activities); Management of Innovation; Foreign Economic Activities Management; Customs Management Activities; Human Resources Management and Administration; Logistics.
- basic knowledge of the fundamental natural sciences, of the laws of development of history, economics, management and law, basic philosophical categories and general scientific methods
- basic knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches to management, principles, laws, functions, methods and technology management, methods of decision-making, leadership and management styles and conflict resolution
- understanding the tools and strategies that are relevant to the diagnosis and analysis of industrial and economic state and development and financial-economic activity of enterprises and organizations at a level that allows employment by specialty, ability of effective theoretical knowledge application in practice
- knowledge and understanding of the scientific basic principles of management;
