– knowledge of CAD tools and ability to use them in the design of technological process;
– knowledge of the stages of text and graphic documents development on the product;
– ability to apply mathematical methods of planning and treatment research;
– application of control and diagnostics methods of technical state of technological equipment mechanical appliances ;
– аbility to analyze the production situation regarding to the performance standards and safety work regulations;
– ability to develop measures for safe operation of machinery and equipment in the electronics industry enterprises.
– establishment of settlement schemes, construction of 2D and 3D models of parts, layout components, assemblies, mechanisms, machines with individual parts and products;
– evaluation and interpretation of the source data for the synthesis of new products and processes;
