5. Knowledge of basic methods of precision machining on machines, determining the total error in the processing of parts.

Knowledge about physical and mechanical processes that occur during cutting, the influence of geometry of instruments and processing modes and other factors on these processes; the forces that arise during cutting, the influence of various factors on the cutting forces, the energy consumed, the speed of cutting and the material handling;
