Gained competence:
1. Knowledge of the main directions of the development of the machine-building industry, the purpose and structure of the machine-building plant
2. Knowledge of the basic technological processes of machine-building production; technological methods for obtaining billets
3. Knowledge of the purpose, advantages and disadvantages of the use of tools, devices and equipment.
4. Knowledge of the basic technological methods of shaping billets and parts.
5. Knowledge of basic methods of precision machining on machines, determining the total error in the processing of parts.
6. Knowledge about technological processes of manufacturing of typical parts.
7. Knowledge about physical and mechanical processes that occur during cutting, the influence of geometry of instruments and processing modes and other factors on these processes; the forces that arise during cutting, the influence of various factors on the cutting forces, the energy consumed, the speed of cutting and the material handling;
8. Knowledge of types, design, geometry and the use of tools, tool materials and their application; construction and adjustment of metalworking machines and devices to them.
9. Knowledge about types of works and processing modes on the machine tools.
10. Knowledge of the essence of the organizational structure of the educational process, characteristics of the structural elements of the learning process in a vocational school.
11. Knowledge of regularities, principles, forms, methods and means of professional training and methodical requirements for the preparation and conducting of training classes of various organizational forms.
12. Knowledge of the structure and didactic requirements for the preparation of teaching and methodological support for educational subjects.
13. Knowledge of the main categories of pedagogical research, principles, methods and stages of pedagogical research.
1. Knowledge of skills to develop technological schemes for the manufacture and processing of parts.
2. Ability to choose the working methodology of design and use it, determine the material, develop assembly and work drawings.
3. Ability to determine the advantages and disadvantages of using tools, gadgets and equipment.
4. Knowledge of skills to determine the types of works and machining modes on the machine tools and calculate cutting speed, to obtain tool materials.
5. Ability to determine the types, design, geometry and tools.
6. Ability to determine the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of materials.
7. Knowledge of skills to choose a machine tool for processing the part, based on its design, precision manufacturing, the quality of the treated surface.
8. Own skills to debug metal-working machine tools and devices to them.
9. Ability to evaluate the capabilities of modern technologies of mechanical engineering; To carry out a choice of optimum modes of processing of details of cars.
10. Possessing the skills to effectively combine information and teaching technologies in teaching practice; to provide management (direction) of processes of educational or industrial (labor) activity and upbringing and development of personality.
11. Possession of the practice of the transfer of professional knowledge, the ability to analyze and determine the objectives of the training session on the basis of theoretical approaches in the methodology of vocational education.
12. Possessing skills to design the content of training, to develop and use the didactic means of methodical support of the training session.
13. Ability to explain, summarize, analyze and statistically process the results of learning achievements of students.
14. Possessing abilities to set up communicative subject-subject relations in the student group, to organize and conduct group and individual educational work.
15. Ability to determine and formulate the main categories of pedagogical research, to establish a relationship between the main pedagogical categories and to use integrated methods of pedagogical research.
