Learning outcomes:
• know the basic principles of economic analysis and building production enterprises of building industry, theoretical and methodological foundations of management and marketing;
• be able to determine the value and costs of construction products in the current market conditions, to carry out an economic analysis of the economic construction organizations;
• have a working knowledge of software in determining the cost of construction and planning, formation of organizational structures industrial construction companies and determining the cost-effectiveness of their activities.

Construction of the system of the national economy. Capital investments and their economic efficiency. Economy of construction companies. The system of pricing in construction. Contractual prices in construction. The economic fundamentals of building design. The organization as a management object, concept, task and functions of management. Characteristics of general management functions. Methods of management and decision-making. Information in management and communication in management. Management and leadership in the organization. The essence of marketing, its modern concept. The concept of marketing analysis. Product and pricing polisy in the marketing system. Marketing strategies and competitiveness. Organization and control of marketing activities.
