Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: The full implementation of the training program, passing qualification exam, practical training on the theme of the bachelor qualification work and defense of bachelor qualification work.
Characteristics of the educational program:
Gained competence: • basic knowledge of fundamental and natural sciences of history, economics, management and law, basic philosophical categories, general scientific methods;
• basic knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches to management, principles, laws, functions, methods, technologies of management, methods of managerial decision-making, leadership and management styles, and conflict resolution;
• basic knowledge of strategic, operational, innovation, crisis, financial, investment, anticipative and creative management of organizations and their subdivisions;
• basic knowledge on the theory and practice of logistics in major functional areas of the enterprise (supply, production, distribution, transportation, warehousing, inventory management) and on the formation of logistics infrastructure of entities;
• basic knowledge of organizations management: modern management methods in the study of the market mechanism elements, methodological and methodical techiniques of determining the effectiveness of management software, modern information systems and technologies in the management of organizations;
• basic knowledge and understanding of international cooperation and international business, integration and globalization, the parameters of modern international economic environment, organizations’ management in terms of foreign trade activities, management of transnational corporations.
