• in-depth knowledge of methodological support for the unity of case law in the application of administrative, criminal and criminal procedural law;
• in-depth knowledge of the legal support for Ukraine's accession to the single European scientific and innovation space;
• apply the acquired knowledge in various subject areas of law to formulate and justify new theoretical provisions and practical recommendations in a specific field of research;
• apply modern methods of analysis to establish the unity of human rights, democracy and the rule of law as fundamental values of the modern world;
• ability to plan and conduct comparative legal studies, identify current trends and trends in the legal system of Ukraine;
• apply knowledge of the patterns of interrelationship between national and international law;
• the ability to independently conduct research and make decisions;
• ability to formulate own author's conclusions, suggestions and recommendations;
• the ability to be aware of and to be personally responsible for the results of the research.

Summary of the subject:
Course content: Topical issues in the development of modern expertise as a science. Topical issues of modern methodology and methods of forensics and forensics. Classification of forensic examinations: at the place of holding; the sequence of conduct; by volume of research; the number of experts performing expert research; the content of special knowledge; by obligation. Forensic characteristics of crimes committed with the use of explosives. Odorology as a branch of scientific knowledge and its place and role in forensics. Connection of forensic examination of materials, substances, articles with other types of forensic examination Features of forensic examination of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. General characteristics of micro-objects and their importance in crime detection and investigation.
