Summary of the subject:
The purpose of the discipline - to study the basic principles and models of information retrieval, data mining in the WEB. Mathematical search models are studied, the linguistic component of search engines and related are considered
semantic search methods. Popular information retrieval services are analyzed. XML search, Text Mining technology is considered. The regularities of information systems and their connection with the problems of information retrieval are given.
