Learning outcomes:
- have knowledge of the theory and practice of management activities in the implementation and use of leadership technologies, management management;
- Have a culture of thinking, ability to generalize, analyze and synthesize in management activities related to the search, accumulation, storage and use of information;
- work effectively both individually and as part of a team;
- evaluate the results obtained and reasonably defend the decisions made;
- be able to communicate, including oral, written and electronic communication in the Ukrainian language and one of the foreign languages;
- have the ability to use a variety of communication technologies to communicate effectively at the professional, scientific and social levels on the basis of tolerance, dialogue and cooperation;
- have the ability to adapt to new situations and make sound management decisions;
- have the ability to take responsibility for themselves, ensure effective teamwork;
- Have knowledge and understanding of legislative and sectoral regulations.
