• ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign scientific knowledge and practical experience in international economic relations;
• ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the theoretical and applied foundations of a wide range of varieties and spheres of international economic relations;
• ability to apply the knowledge gained to a rational choice of IETP goals and tools;
• the ability to implement the skills of building a system of recommendations for reforming different strands of IETP;
• ability to analyze and evaluate existing approaches to addressing bilateral and multilateral economic relations, trade and development;
• ability to detect IETP failures;
• ability to identify the results of implementation of IETP solutions for different groups of countries;
• ability to initiate changes in the IETP system;
