Learning outcomes:
1) Knowledge of the basic principles and provisions of the concept of intellectualization of world economic development;
2) Knowledge of the forms and strategic means of scientific and technological exchange, intellectualization of human resources;
3) Ability to identify and analyze the basic components of intellectualization of world economic development;
4) Ability to explain and describe corporate strategies for scientific and technological exchange, economic policies to regulate the movement of human resources, and apply appropriate strategic tools;
5) Understanding of the basic tendencies of development and signs of intellectualization of the world economy;
6) Understanding of the institutional framework and limitations of scientific and technological exchange and intellectualization of human resources.

Summary of the subject:
The course provides the study of the following main issues: theoretical foundations of intellectualization of world economic development; development of the concept of intellectualization of world economic development; strategies and technology of research of intellectualization and informatization of world economic development; development and intellectualization of national economies; corporate strategies in international scientific and technological exchange; technology transfer as a form of innovation dissemination; intellectual capital and problems of its development; intellectualization of the international human resources movement; characteristics of major IP security threats; planning of protection of economic information; information security technologies in global IP.

– current control (30%): practical classes, paper work, discussions
– final control (70%, exam): final test (50%) and oral answer (20%)
