4. Obtaining knowledge of communication and interaction between conflict resolution in the formation and implementation of administrative services through modern information, communication and innovative technologies.

Human Resource Management (HRM) as a science and sphere of practice. HRM System. Human resources and employment potential of society. The system social and labor relations (CLR).
