• be able to think in the design systemic: to take into account the current context of natural and urban areas, factors that affect the housing design;
• understanding the phenomenon of housing group in city structure;
• know and be able to practice modern design trends in blocked low-rise housing and it's environment according to environmental principles;
• understand the principles of modern ecological engineering of buildings.

Experience, trends and principles of modern environmentally low-rise housing groups. Pre-project analysis of the site. Concept idea of low-rise housing group. Modern ecological principles of engineering of buildings. Planning, three-dimensional and constructive solution of the housing unit.
