• know the principles of implementation of project activities taking into account the characteristics of IT- projects;

• ability to conduct performance and form design documents during the project.

Summary of the subject:
Methodology (frameworks) of the project. The main project documents and artifacts. Features managing IT-projects. Metrics project. Criteria for success of the project. Project management and coordination of project activities. Efficient time management implementation project tasks. Methods of cost management and control of the project budget during its execution. Organizing and supporting project communication. Quality control during the project. Project management activities for configuration management and procurement for the project.
