Summary of the subject:
Multimedia technology in modern life. Multimedia information systems: functions and tasks. Multimedia products, key components and stages of development. Standards in the field of multimedia technology. Streaming processing of information services and integrated services of multimedia information transmission. Means of data processing in multimedia systems. 3D display technology. Projection and Holographic means of media technologies. The components of multimedia information systems: text, graphics, sound, video. Methods and tools for creating multimedia publications. Color models of multimedia and compression images. Software and hardware audio processing. Computer animation, especially the implementation, virtual reality, how ways of creating stereo images, video editing technology. Multimedia network. Standards of operation. RTP and RTCP media transfer protocol. Capture of multimedia data, reproduction and control.
