know typical tasks and problems in the CAD administration,
methods and ways of their resolution;
have general knowledge about possible use of existing CAD
systems
Required prior and related subjects:
pre-requisite: systems of structural, functionally-logical and
schematic design
co-requisites: automated systems of technological preparation of
production
Summary of the subject:
current view of the process and object of design, basics of design techniques, organizational bases of the CAD development, development of design and technological documentation in compliance with normative-technical documentation for designed units, implementation and operation of CAD systems in production, integrated and distributed CADs, efficiency of CAD.
