Learning outcomes:
• ability to use an understanding of theoretical and fundamental knowledge in the system analysis and optimization field for development of complex systems;
• ability to develop and promote models of complex information systems by means of computer simulation;
• ability to select conceptual models of information system based on optimum mathematical structures and methods of analysis;
• ability to explore and creatively solve methods of analysis and optimization of the scientific and technical problems at the level of a specialist in the field of system analysis;
• ability to overcome the problems of information, structural and algorithmic redundancy in information systems by optimization methods;
• acquire practical skills to create optimized information systems and methods of the shape information convertion using modern software and computer engineering;
• practical use of knowledge and the latest scientific and technical achievements in the field of information technology.

Summary of the subject:
The knowledge obtained in the process of studying this discipline is based on the key provisions of the methodology of the analysis and optimization of complex systems (incidence matrices, system analysis, model, structure) and the modern methods of analysis and optimization of systems.
