- To know the strategy and prospects of development of Ukraine for Technical Regulation and international regulations foundations accreditation test and calibration laboratories, foundations authorization (authorization);
- To know the modern intelligent measurement system;
- To know the current state of the metrological support given physical quantity measurement;
- To know the ways to improve the technical characteristics of the model and working tools for measuring electrical and magnetic quantities;
- Be able to use existing and develop necessary regulations to ensure the unity and quality site measurements.

Summary of the subject:
Metrology - the science of measurement. Physical quantities and measurements. Measuring instruments. Providing the necessary unity and accuracy. Characteristics of quality measurement and there evaluation. Metrological maintenance of tests and calibrations. Metrological reliability of measuring instruments. Calibration, verification and metrological certification of measurement and measuring instruments. System standards of physical units. Quality measuring instruments and ways to improve it. Correction of systematic error component. Improve the quality of assets and liabilities measurement of electrical quantities in DC. Distance measurement error correction channel cyber-physical systems. Feasibility error correction dispersed measuring systems.
