• Following the completion of the course, students should know: concept, function and form of the state; system of constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen, the system of higher state authorities; the concept of civil legal capacity, types of civil capacity; types of legal entities; inheritance; concept and content of the employment contract, the order of an employment contract, an employee bases, types of leisure time; concepts and offense penalties; concept and composition of administrative offense, types of administrative penalties;
