Learning outcomes:
A result of studying the module student must: be able to determine the required management actions for the implementation of the objectives and implementation of international innovative investment programs and projects; to plan a sequence of work projects, make calendar and grid graphics; to develop organizational structures of management of international innovation and investment projects, use effective methods of optimization of management decisions in the implementation of programs and projects; evaluate the effectiveness of employees involved in the implementation of international programs and projects

co-requisite: "International investment and innovations programs and projects' management"
Summary of the subject:
study the concept of an international project, content of the project management, projects' time management, quality and human resources projects' management, cost management, risk projects' management
