The essence and functions of Finance. Financial system and financial mechanism. The tax system of the state. Budget and budgetary system of the state. State revenues and expenditures. The state credit. The finances of the population. Finance of business entities and non-profit organizations. Financial market. International Finance. The essence and functions of money. Cash flow. Money market. Monetary system. Monetary relations and monetary system. Inflation and monetary reform. The quantity theory of money and modern monetarism. The credit in market economy. Credit systems. The Central Bank and its role in the economy. Specialized financial institutions. Commercial banks as main link of credit system.
