Learning outcomes:
Students are expected to acquire following knowledges:
- the basic theoretical aspects of the discipline;
- goal, tasks, methods and functions of personnel recruiting;
- the main types of personnel recruiting of the organization and sources of employee search;
- features recruiting in various sectors of the national economy;
- methods for assessing the effectiveness of personnel recruiting activities.
Students are expected to acquire following skills:
- form a process of personnel recruiting in the organization;
- plan the budget of personnel recruiting in the organization;
- identify the employees needs in the organization;
- build a model of competencies for a particular organization;
- evaluate the effectiveness of personnel recruiting activities.
Required prior and related subjects:
Prerequisites: Bachelor Thesis Defence.
Correctional: HR Branding Design and Development, Talent Management, Qualification Examination, Defence of Master Thesis.
Summary of the subject:
Theoretical aspects of the concept of "personnel recruiting " and its importance in the organization. Formation of the need for employees. Building a model of competencies. Sources of employee search. Summary and interview. Types of recruiting programs. Formation of employee involvement. Interconnection of recruitment and corporate culture. Efficiency of personnel recruiting.
