The course project consists of two parts: 1). Development of project plans. Formation of the project management system 2). Change management. The work envisages the possibility of practical use of the methodology of construction projects management in all phases of their life and involves the following processes: initialization (assignment of land for construction, formation of initial data for design, obtaining permits for pre-construction and construction works); contracting (conducting of competitive bidding, preparation and conclusion of contracts for design and construction works); designing (compilation of design and technical documentation and estimate documentation, stage of development and content of which is determined by the class of consequences (liability) and the category of complexity of construction objects, approval, examination); preparation for construction (a complex of organizational and technical measures and preparatory works); construction; commissioning of the object. Course project is performed on a real example, using the results of individual / supervisory work on the discipline «Management of construction projects».
