Learning outcomes:
As a results of the study a student has to:
- know theoretical and methodological aspects of adaptation and staff development;
- understand the role of adaptation and staff development in achieving the mission and goals of the company;
- know the meaning of competence approach to staff development in the organization;
- be able to make plans for training and retraining of different personnel categories;
- be able to use a variety of forms, methods and instruments of staff development;
- able to develop and conduct training on adaptation, training and staff development.

Summary of the subject:
Staff development: essence, task, principles.Employee development as part of HR. Project management of the staff development of the organization. Internal marketing and marketing training of organization staff. Economic aspects of staff development. The system of education and training. Regulation of duties and requirements for staff, its production adaptation. Staff development on the basis of its assessment. Training and retraining of organization staff. Certification of the personnel as a method for its evaluation and development. Planning and organization of vocational training of workers, training and retraining of managers and specialists.
Foreign experience of staff. Managing staff development business career and work with personnel reserve. Fundamentals of socio-cultural personnel development. Planning and organization of social personnel development. Management of innovations in personnel policy. Promote staff development.

Current control (100%): written, oral control, attending seminars, preparation and conducting of training sessions, preparation of thematic presentations or reports (80%), test (20%).
