Multi-position packaging machines-automatics: technological principles of construction, variants of structure; layout of automatic and sequential parallel machines; rotary machines; determining the number of positions of packing machines. Automatic and automated packaging lines: construction principles and classification; lines with different degrees of automation and different types of main equipment; one and a lot of flow technological lines of packaging, the composition of the lines, types of intergranular communication, features and variants of line layouts. Technical means of automation of transport processes in technological complexes of packaging: characteristic of material flows; conveyors and receivers of containers, packages, products; technical means of overloading and internally operating transport (means of product orientation, tables-conveyors); technical means for reforming material flows: devices for combining and separating flows; auxiliary equipment based on vibration equipment. Automated equipment for the creation of transport packages: equipment for processing and attachment of transport packages, general information, terms and definitions; means and methods of fastening; equipment for fastening transport packages with films, grids, slings and bindings. Automated bottling lines for food liquids in glass containers: Equipment for the preparation of transport containers (automatic machines for inserting bottles into boxes and removing them; machines for cleaning boxes); equipment of the line of preparation of consumer packaging (pre-treatment of containers, bottle washing machines); bottling automata, bottle overturning devices in the process of failure; automatic vehicles for feeding the lines of the container: conveyors, elevators for launching and lifting bottles, lifts for glass containers. Laying equipment in cookware and bottling lines.
