Learning outcomes:
1. Conducting an estimation and machines details interfaces wear calculation, able to analyse their results.

3. Investigating treatment technological route influence of machines details purveyances on damages forming.
4. Perfecting the existent technological processes of making and stowage of wares with the use of progressive finish operations for the improvement of operating descriptions of details and machines.
5. Designing the new rational technological processes cutting and engineering wares stowage for their longevity and reliability providing increasing.
6. Filling corresponding technical documentation skilled.
7.Estimating efficiency of technological processes tooling and stowage from wares reliability providing position.

Past subjects: probability theory and mathematical statistics; physics; interchangeability, standardization and technical measuring; engineering bases ; machines exploitation and maintenance.

Summary of the subject:
Discipline the " Technological ensuring of machine parts quality " consists of four modules: "Reliability, details and machines capacity", " Details and machines wear and destruction. There is a reliability test", "Technological methods of machines details reliability longevity and providing increasing", "Modern development of technological methods of wares reliability longevity and providing increasing". Basic concepts and reliability indexes are examined, refuses physics is investigated, the details superficial layer and his parameters are studied during the study of the first module " Reliability, details and machines capacity ". Second module " Details and machines wear and destruction. There is a reliability test ". sanctified to the analysis of reasons and factors that cause the wear of material of details and refuse of wares. Reliability tests and research tests of experimental standards are described. The modern aspects of progressive technological processes , details strengthening СTM and methods of superficial-plastic deformation, are examined during the study of the by volume module the " Technological methods of machines details reliability longevity and providing increasing ". Fourth module " Modern development of technological methods of wares reliability longevity and providing increasing " status is sanctified to wares strengthening vibratory technologies, in particular, vibratory-centrifugal strengthening. During the modules study a student acquires and constantly complements base knowledge from fundamental sciences to the volume, to the necessity for mastering of modern general and professional and professionally-oriented disciplines, studies to apply modern methods and facilities of determination of operating descriptions and remaining resource of constructions, equipment, choose methods and measuring facilities, take part in organization of diagnostics of processes, equipment, facilities and control system of machine-building production. Will get knowledge and ability to analyse and choose on tecnical and economical and operating criteria the optimal methods of improvement of functional descriptions of wares, details; to design the technological rigging for finish technological operations.
