Summary of the subject:
Functions of management services of automobile enterprises. Organization of service operation. Structure of management of transport processes. Conditions of rational work of the enterprise. Basic operational indicators and the method of their calculation. Personnel issues, leadership styles. Organization of basic technological processes.
