6. Ability to carry out professional duties by types of professional appraisal work;
7. Knowledge and understanding of the main theories, methods, principles, technologies and techniques in the assessment of real estate;
8. Ability to choose methods, tools for assessing real estate;
9. Use of modern software for real estate valuation;
10. Aggregation of field, camera and remote data on a theoretical basis with the aim of synthesizing new knowledge in the field of real estate valuation.
