Learning outcomes:
develop innovative products in the domestic and foreign markets of cultural services;
• knowledge and skills in the development and implementation of new innovative museum products;
• knowledge and understanding of methodologies for design and modernization of museum and monument protection institutions and objects in accordance with regulatory requirements, current standards and technical conditions;
• substantiate and create new and modernize existing expositions, exhibitions, excursion and tourist routes, etc .;
• ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changes in the situation and make appropriate decisions;
• the ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge.

Strategies for the development of management in museums and monument protection institutions, historical and cultural tourism, museum sociology, monument studies of Ukraine in modern scientific discourse.
Summary of the subject:
Summary of discipline: problems museum interactivity: theory and practice; concept of online learning technologies and principles of its use in the museum environment; museum - visitors: problems of interaction; how to work with different social and age groups of visitors; visitor in the communication space museum exhibition; the impact of museum exhibits in sensory-emotional sphere of visitors; multimedia in modern interactive museum exhibition; museum audience: spiritual needs.
