Introduction to journalism

Study practices - one of the indicators of readiness journalism students for future practice - plays an important role in training future journalists. Practices of students provides at the bases of practice, which concluded the agreement. Its goal - to put the knowledge gained in lectures and workshops, the materials on undergraduate work. Practice students aims to consolidate the acquired theoretical knowledge at university with practical skills in the offices, studios media, press services. Students have to consolidate the university received theoretical knowledge on specific subjects, to gain practical skills and ability to work chronicler, interviewer, reporter, correspondent, photographer based on a deep study of editorial experience, its departments, the organization of the wording and learn to use journalistic techniques. Practice - is an independent work of students in the workplace, the performance of certain official journalistic duties. According to the curriculum to the department of journalism the term of practical training in the specialty 6.030301 "Journalism" for students of the 2 courses is 2 weeks. Practice takes place in the 2th year before passing session exams.
