Know: general provisions of civil law and civil law; the bases of legal regulation of civil legal relations, their peculiarities and grounds of origin; provisions on natural and legal persons as subjects of civil law, civil rights objects, personal non-property rights, transactions, real rights and intellectual property rights; the legal basis for the exercise of civil rights and the exercise of civil obligations; general provisions for the protection of civil rights and interests; actual theoretical problems of civil law, trends of formation and problems of improvement of civil legislation.
Be able to: define and explain the content of civil law institutions; to orient in ways and means of legal protection of violated rights of natural and legal persons; to carry out an analysis of the current civil law from the point of view of the correct understanding of the legal ideas, categories, concepts which gives the study of civil law; make practical decisions in resolving civil incidents based on the provisions of civil law.

The purpose of the program is to form students in the system of legal knowledge in the field of civil law and civil law; providing knowledge about the emergence, change and termination of civil legal relations, the commission of transactions, the grounds and legal consequences of their invalidity; studying the basic provisions on subjects and objects of civil legal relations, their property and personal non-property rights; gaining experience in working with civil law documents; practical skills in the application of civil law in the conduct of professional activities.
