To know: basic definitions of the laws of civil law and their content; determination of legal acts, the notion of the legal composition of transactions, the content of the legal composition of transactions, the genesis of transactions as a special type of legal facts; the procedure for the recognition of inaccurate transactions, the insignificance and the denial of transactions; general provisions on the history of the emergence of transactions as an independent institution in the context of Roman, German, French and English law.
Be able to: compile various documents; Provide legal advice for the purpose of providing legal assistance; to analyze the various provisions, understand the current legislation on civil law.

Civil law

Aim: to form students with a system of legal knowledge in the field of civil law, in particular civil law; providing knowledge about the preconditions for the formation of the legal regime of transactions, their composition, validity and invalidity of transactions; the study of the main provisions on the history of the formation of transactions as a legal fact of a special kind, the requirements for content, the formalization of transactions, the grounds of insignificance, the denial of transactions and the consequences of invalidity of transactions; to give practical skills in the application of civil law law when dealing with cases in civil court proceedings.
