• Be able to perform the evaluation of the effectiveness of the thermal circuit TPP;
• Be able to make energy performance of turbine and boiler equipment.

Energy balance of energy. Energy balance of energy processes underlying the thermal power plants. Energy overflows. Energy Balances and performance of separate production of heat and electricity at thermal power plants. Energy Balances and performance combined heat and electricity at the power station. Using heat exhaust steam for industrial needs. Methods for assessing the effect of the changes made to the thermal circuit. Comparing the effectiveness of different steam-turbine power station installations. The energy balance of the combined steam and gas installations. Energy characteristics condensing turbines. Energy characteristics of cogeneration turbines. Energy characteristics boilers. The influence of the type and quality of fuel on the technical - economic performance of boilers.
