Learning outcomes:
• Knowledge of the current state of affairs, trends, the most important developments and latest technologies in power system;
• Knowledge and understanding of the impact of engineering solutions in the social, economic, social and environmental context;
• possession of the principles and methods of optimization of management systems and their components;
• apply their knowledge and practical skills to adapt research results in the creation of new and existing cogeneration operating systems and their components;
• critically analyze key performance indicators and to assess the heating system used technical solutions and equipment.

Summary of the subject:
Basic provisions and definitions power systems. Flow charts of different types of plants. The graphics load power plants. The main electrical equipment. Pictogram. Block diagrams of power and technological modes of electrical equipment. Synchronous generators and their regimes. Power transformers and autotransformers. Switching devices. Measuring current transformers and voltage. Current-limiting reactors. Information about their needs stantsiyKonstruktyvne performance distribution agreement.
