The International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv Polytechnic Students and PhD Students Union are pleased to invite you to attend a presentation of an educational project «Young People about Ukrainian World Congress» dedicated to UWC 50th anniversary.
The event will be held on March 29, 2017, in the Assembly Hall of the University main building (12 St. Bandera str.). Beginning – 3 pm.
Lviv is the first city in Ukraine and in the world, where the International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations will present its project «Young People about Ukrainian World Congress». Lviv Polytechnic students participated in realizing the Project. Students-journalists made a number of thematic short videos, which demonstrate the main fields of UWC work. During 2017–2018, these videos as part of the big IIEC Project will be presented in the cities of Ukraine and in 53 countries, members of UWC.
The following people will take part in the presentation:
- Iryna Mytsak (Toronto, Canada), Head of the UWC 50th anniversary celebration commission;
- Serhiy Kasyanchuk (Kyiv, Ukraine), Head of Ukrainian World Congress Office in Ukraine;
- Yuriy Bobalo, Lviv Polytechnic National University Rector;
- Oksana Yurynets (Kyiv, Ukraine), people’s deputy of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, Head of the Subcommittee for regional and cross-border co-operation between Ukraine and EU countries of the Supreme Council Committee for European integration;
- Students studying Journalism at the Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology of Lviv Polytechnic National University.
