That was the reason of their meeting with students of ICCT. The event was organized by the Department of Job Placement and Relations with Industry. At the beginning of the meeting, Oleh Lohush, its Head, said that the times, when university graduates were exhausted because of job hunting, are in the past. Nowadays it is vice versa – employers search for experts.
Natalya Frants, HR project manager, told fourth-year Bachelor degree students and first-year Master degree students about «hlibprom» Concern, namely about its trademarks «Hlibna hata», «Vinnytsya-hlib», «Lyublyana», Bandinelli and «Hlib po-lvivsky». The Concern has eight enterprises (three of them are in Lviv), where bakery, confectionery and frozen foods are produced. They are frozen and taken to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and oil and gas stations, where they are baked. «Hlibprom» exports its products to Poland, Latvia, Moldova and the USA.
If we speak about figures, the Concern includes more than three thousand employees. Here students can get a part-time job and combine work with studies.
– We are sure that there are talented young people among you, who are considering what career path and what enterprise to choose for themselves, – Natalya Frants said.
«Hlibprom» welcomes experts in logistics, biotechnology, technological engineering, sales managers to take their training and work there. The company offers its staff official employment, training and development, social security, company discounts for bakery and confectionery products, tours from «Vidvidai» travel agency, company buses to commute to work and back home and the starting salary of 4,500 hrn.
Ostap Hrynyavskiy, Concern Director, told those present at the meeting that he started to work still being a student and during that time he gained work experience in several enterprises of «Halnaftohaz» holding. Now he is the director of «Hlibprom» enterprise producing frozen foods, which is about to open a new production unit and needs employees, especially flow line operators. The main achievement of the enterprise, according to Mr. Hryvnyatskiy, is the opportunity for training and career growth for each employee.
Students had a lot of questions to «Hlibprom» representatives. They referred to the production, specific vacancies, part-time working schedule for students, working during vacations, etc.
