The British publication Times Higher Education (THE) has released the latest issue of the Times Higher Education University Rankings 2019. In the Rankings Lviv Polytechnic is the only technical university among our four national higher education institutions. It is included in the general Rankings as well as in three rankings by subject.
Thus, Rankings by subject: engineering & technology Lviv Polytechnic is ranked 601–800, by subject: physical sciences – 801+ and by subject: computer science 401–500. By the way, in the latter Lviv Polytechnic is the only Ukrainian university represented in Times Higher Education University Rankings 2019.
In addition to Lviv Polytechnic National University the Rankings include Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and Vasyl Karazin National University of Kharkiv.
