On October 2, the International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations of Lviv Polytechnic National University together with the Department of Psychology, Pedagogics and Social Management of the Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology, held an interdepartmental scientific seminar Higher Education in Finland in the Context of the Bologna Process: Quality Management System and Audit in Education.
At the seminar, Timo Ala-Vähälä, a prominent scientist, Doctoral Candidate of the Finnish Institute for Educational Research, University of Jyväskylä and former member of the Council for Higher Education of Finland, delivered his lecture-presentation.
The postgraduate students, Doctoral Candidates, research staff, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology, the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Institute of Computer Technologies, Automation and Metrology, as well as representatives of the Center for International Education and the Department of Education Quality Management System Support of Lviv Polytechnic National University attended the seminar.
The topic of the scientific seminar was not only relevant, but also extremely important for the exchange of experience between scientists and scientific and pedagogical staff of both the Finnish Institute for Education Research and Lviv Polytechnic National University, regarding the organization of quality management system and audit in education.
