Director of Education and Development at GlobalLogic USA delivered a lecture for Lviv Polytechnic students

There was a very informative lecture on Navigating a Career in the Changing World of IT Technologies by Bart Fischer, Director of Director of Education and Development, GlobalLogic USA, at the Department of Artificial Intelligence Systems of Lviv Polytechnic National University.

At the lecture Bart told about the characteristics of each generation and their career priorities, the importance of developing your own «soft» skills and the evolution of «hard» skills. A Polytechnic guest said that in today’s world, you need to develop your skills and learn from the world experience of successful career development.
