Ostap Lishchynskyi, Yana Shymborska and Tetiana Shevtsova, students of the Department of Organic Chemistry of the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies at Lviv Polytechnic, attended the EastWest Chemistry Conference (EWCC-2019), held at the University of Palermo, Italy, under the auspices of the Turkish Chemical Society from November 13 to 15, 2019. Well-known researchers from Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Austria, Italy and Turkey participated in this scientific meeting.
Polytechnicians presented one oral and two poster presentations in English. Preparation and management of students’ scientific work were handled by their supervisors, Professor Stanislav Voronov, Head of the Department of Organic Chemistry, and Yurii Stetsyshyn, Assistant Professor at the Department.
Let us remind that the previous conference EWCC-2018 was held at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
