On February 28, 2020, Tech StartUp School of Lviv Polytechnic held an open seminar on «Individual psychology in the organization, experience of evaluating the management structure and industrial relations in the organization, staff training and coaching». Giansecondo Mazzoli, Psychoanalyst, Secretary General of the International Association of Individual Psychology, President of Italian Society of Individual Psychology, Director of the Adlerian School of Psychotherapy in Reggio Emilia, Italy, and Iryna Sniadanko, Assistant Professor, Head of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Psychology, Director of the Lviv branch of Ukrainian Association of Organizational and Work Psychologists, attended the event.
At the seminar the participants discussed the goals and work limitations of organizational psychologist from the perspective of individual psychology.
The event was organized by the Department of Theoretical and Applied Psychology, Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology, Lviv Polytechnic National University, School of Individual Psychology and Counseling; Lviv Psychoanalytic Institute of Mental Health; Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Lviv National Medical University; and Entrepreneurship Support Center, Lviv City Council.
