Lviv Polytechnicians develop Smart cutting board within the CIG R&D LAB program

A team of developers from Lviv Polytechnic National University set a goal to change the attitude towards cooking.

With a collaborative effort they created Smart cutting board that has everything you need to make the perfect dinner and keep track of food composition.

• Timer to make sure you don’t miss the time to take the meat out of the oven.
• Weighing scale that does not only measure mass, but is the place where you can cut products.
• A portable thermometer to help you strictly follow a recipe.
• An application that lets you know how much fat, protein and carbohydrates are in your meal, and can synchronize data, e.g. in Fitbit.

According to the developers, a cool team is everything.
