Artur Tsesliar, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kredobank is a graduate of Lviv Polytechnic. He has recently met with students from the Institute of Enterprise and Advanced Technologies and shared his success story with a journalist from Audytoriya weekly newspaper.
Interesting is the fact that he came to Lviv to study from the small town of Przasnysz, located 100 km north of Warsaw. He remembers living in a hostel and calling his parents once a month.
His first job the graduate found in Poland in his small homeland. He notes that he was an IT specialist, although he studied automation processes and devices. Poland needed programmers which were nowhere to be found.
Artur Tsesliar is a potential employer. For him, the most important thing in his employees is the desire to work, not to make money.
