Increasing Resistance of Drilling Pumps Sleeves Depraciation

The developed technology basics involves surface strengthening of drilling pumps by vibration and centrifugal processing with simultaneous formation of carbide layer resistant to abrasive wear on them. At the same time increased hardness of metal on the working surfaces of pump sleeves in combination with the formation of wear resistant layer on them, combination of themprovides positive synergistic effect, by 1.5-2 times increases the longevity of expensive drilling pumps.
