Thin-Film Thermoelectric Transducer

Miniature thin-film thermoelectric generators on the basis of A2VB3VI-, AIVBVI-compounds and other semiconducting materials directly transform waste heat into electrical power. The use of advanced thin-film technology at manufacturing ensures their small-size and high power density at the output. Transforming only 5 ºC the temperature difference into electric energy these generators are ideally suitable for gas sensors powering, charging of wireless sensors by low current in hard-to-reach place, as well as to improve efficiency of fuel usage in cars.
For the purpose of areas cooling with raised temperature, maintain the operating temperature range, for optimal performance or heat removal from sensitive element of electronics, embedded thin-film thermoelectric coolers allow to control the operating temperature of the electronic devices quite accurately.

Основні переваги: 

higher efficiency coefficient than in analogues;

material of thermal transducer can be applied to the surface of different products;

high radiation- and magneto- resistance;

ensuring of cooling in close proximity to the heat source.
