List of performed works
- Development of the efficient catalysts for the synthesis of acrylic and methacrylic acids and their esters based on propylene, isobutylene, acetic acid, propionic acid, methyl acetate and methyl propionate as raw materials. Identifying optimal parameters of technological processes and development of regeneration methods of catalytic systems.
- Development of the novel catalytic systems for cyclohexane oxidation, which contain several effective additives that alter the properties of initial catalyst and allow increasing its activity and selectivity.
- Development of the PVC plasticizers based on mixtures of esters of lower aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and alcohols C4-C5, which are characterized by non-toxicity, frost resistance and good plasticizing properties.
- Development of the technologies for cooligomerization of by-products of ethylene production (liquid pyrolysis products), and for production of aliphatic and aromatic petroleum resins.
- Development of the improved low-temperature technology of alcohol wort using amylolytic, cellulolytic and proteolytic enzymes in optimized conditions of hydrofermentative treatment of grain materials. The suggested usage of optimal dosage of enzymes compositions for viscosity decreasing and saccharification allows alcohol yield increase.
- Improvement of the technology for beer production by fermentation of highly concentrated wort using yeast bio-stimulants; optimal conditions for high-viscosity wort main fermentation and young beer post-fermentation. Suggested optimal dosages of bio-stimulant compositions allow increasing of high-viscosity wort fermentation rate and beer fermentation degree, and decrease fermentation by-products content in beer.
- Development of the efficient vibrocavitational method for waste water purification from organic and biological impurities. Efficiency of vibrocavitational water purification amounts to 96-99.7 % using gasses of various nature. Development of the vibrocavitational device and implementation on LLC "Inter Syntez" (Boryslav).
