1. Designing of the signal processing equipment multispectral scanner MSS for such purposes as:

  • real-time processing of signals of charge coupled photodetectors of the CCD191DC type in four spectral ranges (of 0.51μm to 0.59μm; 0.61μm to 0.68μm; 0.80μm to 0.89μm; 0.51μm to 0.9μm);
  • converting these signals into digital codes of algorithmic correction of photometric errors of photodetectors and scanner lens;
  • forming information and service parts of scanner output video signal and telemetric signals of condition monitoring;
  • receiving and executing commands from spacecraft ground control.

The signal processing equipment for spacecraft MSS provides multispectral scanner resolution of 8m and the swath width of 47km from an orbital altitude of 670km.

2. Designing of the highly sensitive magnetotelluric station to search for oil and gas.

Main characteristics:

Measuring range of three magnetic field components – ± 65000 nT.
Measuring range of the magnetic field component (after compensation) –  ± 3200 nT.
Resolution of magnetic field variations along each component – 0.01 nT.
Temperature drift – <0.2 nT / ᵒC.
The range of automatic offset compensation components along each component – ± 65000 nT.
Measuring range of two components of electronic field variations – ± 200 mV; ± 2000 mV.
Resolution of electronic field variations along each component – 1mkV.
The band of frequencies  – 0-10 Hz.
Recording information on a FLASH-card 64 Mb ... 128Gb.
GPS receiver, temperature sensors.
Power supply from battery 12V; 0.1A.
The weight of the electronic unit – 2.5 kg.
